The details are as follows: 1. Put the assembled brush shaft on the auto-stop box on the inner side of the groove, use the 0513A brush shaft pressing plate to install the brush shaft on the white stop box, and tighten the pressing plate screw. 2. In the transition section and the horizontal section, the distance between the lower edge of the rigid part of the apron anti-pinch device and the highest position of the step surface should be between 25mm and 55mm; 3. The edge of the apron anti-pinch device should be rounded , Fasteners and connectors should not protrude into the operating area; 4. The end part of the apron board anti-pinch device should be gradually reduced and smoothly connected with the apron board. The end point of the apron board anti-pinch device should be located in front of the intersection line of the comb plate and the road (the side of the step) not less than 50mm, and the maximum position is 150mm; 5. Move the brush to the left to contact the head end of the pressure plate, and the positioning block is on the left The brush holders are in contact with each other, but be careful not to squeeze them tightly. The brushes should be moved forwards and backwards flexibly.
