What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. Meixin provides customized brush-making solutions based on the customer's brush design, including customized machine structures, tooling, fixtures, drilling patterns, and tufting arrangements.

Our in-house machining capabilities and mold department allow us to coordinate customized machine and mold solutions for new products. Send us your brush sample, drawing, or product concept, and our engineering team will evaluate the requirements and propose a suitable solution.

A brush making machine is industrial equipment used to manufacture brushes and brooms, mainly through drilling, tufting, trimming, and related processes. Meixin Brush Machinery designs and manufactures brush-making machines for household, cleaning, industrial, and specialty brush applications, from standard 2-axis models to 5-axis machines and complete production line solutions.

A tufting machine is a brush-making machine that inserts bristles into pre-drilled holes of a brush base. It uses a dedicated tufting head to place filaments accurately and efficiently, and is one of the core machines in brush manufacturing.

For brush bases without pre-drilled holes, Meixin offers integrated drilling and tufting machines that perform both operations in one process.

To start a brush or broom making business, you typically need: a tufting machine (for brush bases with pre-drilled holes) or an integrated drilling and tufting machine (to drill and insert bristles in one process); a trimming machine if a uniform bristle surface is required; and auxiliary equipment such as an air compressor, a filament cutting machine, and basic maintenance tools. The exact setup depends on your brush products, production volume, and automation goals.

Meixin can evaluate your product concept and recommend a complete production solution — from a single machine to a full production line.

Yes. Meixin provides brush-making machines for broom production, including drilling, tufting, and trimming equipment configured for broom blocks and bristle specifications. Under normal operating conditions, Meixin machines can produce approximately 150–200 broom or brush pieces per hour.

Send us your broom sample or drawing, and our engineers will recommend the appropriate machine configuration for your production requirements.
