In particular, automation helps brush manufacturers improve production consistency while reducing repetitive manual operations, so Meixin continues to develop and optimize equipment for key processes such as drilling, tufting, trimming, and integrated brush production. Innovation also means adapting machines to different customer requirements: when standard equipment does not fully match a brush design or production process, our engineering team can evaluate customized configurations, fixtures, and machine functions.

Meixin provides 2–3 days of factory training for new equipment, together with operation manuals and a series of instructional videos covering machine operation and basic maintenance. After installation, customers can access 24-hour technical consultation and troubleshooting assistance, with guidance on machine settings, routine maintenance, production issues, and common troubleshooting procedures.

For long-term operation, Meixin also provides regular maintenance guidance and spare-parts support to help customers maintain machine performance and reduce unnecessary production interruptions. Meixin follows a structured quality control and testing process before each brush-making machine is shipped. Key stages include component inspection, precision machining control, mechanical assembly checks, electrical testing, machine debugging, and final production trials.

During assembly and commissioning, our technicians check machine operation and key functions to identify potential issues before delivery, and where applicable the machine is tested under production conditions to confirm that drilling, tufting, or other relevant operations work as expected. For customized machines, Meixin pays particular attention to the specified brush dimensions, fixtures, production parameters, and operating requirements during final testing.

Quality control continues after delivery with installation guidance, operator training, technical consultation, troubleshooting support, and spare-parts assistance.
