Differentiated teaching

India customers who already placed orders recently concluded a specialized training program at Meixin's factory, aimed at mastering the operation of 2 axis broom making machine and 4 axis brush making machine. 

We provide differentiated teaching based on the actual situation of our customers. The Indian customers have a certain knowledge base of brush making machines, so we focused on machine operation, programming, and maintenance.

Overview knowledge&Practice

The training began with an overview of Meixin's brush making machines, where clients were introduced to the technology and its capabilities. The session quickly progressed to hands-on practice, with participants running the machines under expert supervision. This practical approach ensured that clients left with not just theoretical knowledge but also real-world experience.

A key part of the trainning was dedicated to programming. Clients learned to customize brush designs and adjust machine settings, a skill that is critical in responding to the dynamic market demands. They also engaged in maintenance and part replacement exercises, essential for keeping the machinery running efficiently.
